Scheduled Service My XC60 was due for 30,000 mile check. I dropped off the car prior to leaving for vacation. 50,000 mile check-up All went as discussed. Was easy to make appointment & told how long it would take. Decided to wait & service was done in that time. Vehicle washed, et All went as discussed. Vehicle washed, etc. Am disappointed that unlike the Sterling, VA, dealership it’s not possible to drop car in the evening, get a loaner, & pick up the next day. Do appreciate that work is done as needed & not just because it’s on the check-up list. Also that all questions were answered to my satisfaction Before, during, & after the service. More
