None of the service staff I have dealt with since 2006 are there and I was less than impressed with the new staff. Had to wait 2 weeks for service to be ensured I would get a loaner (live aprox. 45 miles are there and I was less than impressed with the new staff. Had to wait 2 weeks for service to be ensured I would get a loaner (live aprox. 45 miles away). One of the scheduled services I was told I was due for was a timing belt replacement, but when I picked my car up, I was told I had a timing chain, not a belt, so replacement was not needed. Shouldn't a service person know what type of equipment is in a particular model of Volvo if they work at a dealership?? Also, my carpet was dirty and it was not when I left it. No floor protectors??? Significat erosion of trust and for he first time since 2006, I question the quality of service my car received. More

His years of knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior compared to the other salesman that I encountered at other dealerships. His approach is relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. At no time did I have to spar with Miguel to get that deal. He found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn't have asked for much more than that. Not only did I get to leave the dealership with my Honda Pilot, but I also left with dignity still intact. Thank you Miguel !
