Shawn Fenwick, Service Manager, Meet us when we arrived and went for a ride with me to help find the noise I was hearing in our 2019 XC60. He diagnosed the issue as a tire noise and agreed to rotate the ti and went for a ride with me to help find the noise I was hearing in our 2019 XC60. He diagnosed the issue as a tire noise and agreed to rotate the tires. It was also determined that I needed new brakes and rotors which were replaced at a very reasonable price. All said, the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and the work done resolved the problem. Overall very satisfied with the results. The only reason I did not give a “5” rating was that there is a limited availability of loaner cars. Not an issue this time since the work work was performed in a timely fashion but could be if more extensive work was needed as I live about 2 hours from the dealership. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service I received. More
