Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Vito was incredibly attentive and personable to work with. Whole process only took about 1.5 hours. Very efficient, but never felt rushed at all. My most recent Volvo service experience was totally positive! From my arrival at the appointed hour, the loaner car and the warm and courteous service by Mr. Cabrea. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service department. However, after my last visit, the car was washed and dried with wet towels. I didn't notice until I was already on the road.
