Overall the team seems uninterested in solving issues that to beyond a warning light or basic service. I have brought an issue up on multiple occasions only to have my car test driven, and then told that that to beyond a warning light or basic service. Friendly and knowledgeable salesman who was not high-pressure. Car had to be ordered and he followed the process and was able to speed up delivery. Very personable no pressure very informative. After doing tons of research we decided to go with Volvo. We've never owned a Volvo and are very optimistic and excited about the future with it.
