I called with questions because the 2nd week after I bought our car I had Emergency alarm system message said take to dealer! After 6 messages We take it over and they said that we would have to come ba bought our car I had Emergency alarm system message said take to dealer! After 6 messages We take it over and they said that we would have to come back in 2 days. They kept for 2 days but couldn’t find anything wrong but charged me $ 171 something just to tell me that! I have never bought a car where the dealership really could care less!! we never have heard from the salesman or anyone .. … so why did the alarm go off 2 times! Who knows but they charged me just to see and this was within my 90 days of buying this car. I received nothing when buying the car when they said they would show me the history of the vehicle ! They told us it was always serviced there but the service department said it has not been there for a couple years! I really feel like I was duped. And no one has called or even cared! after all the messages. More
My warranty work -- replacing a battery with a bad cell -- was handled quickly and professionally.
