They took care of the proble From the moment I walked in, to the moment I drove out, I was very favorably impressed with the team at Volvo Annapolis. They took care of the problems with my car with professionalism, a positive attitude and kindness (and because of the warranty it was free as well!) Because I live one hour from Annapolis I asked, and was given, a loaner car and was able to get quite a bit accomplished during the afternoon. It would have been a long, boring day without the car. The one complaint would be that I arrived at the scheduled time and they did not take my car back until the time I was told that it would be ready. That added another hour to the day there, but because I had the loaner I drove back into Annapolis and found a few more things to accomplish. Overall, I had a positive experience. More
