Car in form repairs on. 9/13. They had to order parts but had the car until 9/26. No communications. I had to keep calling for updates. Even when the car was ready it t 9/13. Even when the car was ready it took over an hour including the half hour the car was "being washed.". Asked twice during the stay to speak to service mgr. Never got a call. Michelle was unresponsive, unprofessional and just didn't seem to care. More

Excellent service by Scott Crossman in sales who guided us through the purchasing of our brand new 2024 Volvo. Actually made our decision to purchase a Volvo easy and painless.
