DECEPTIVE LEASE PRACTICES. Came in to lease an EX90 loaner. The interest rate written on my worksheet was NOT the rate used to calculate my payments — the real rate was 6x high Came in to lease an EX90 loaner. The advertised loaner discount was cut in half on the actual paperwork. When I caught it and asked for a transparent breakdown, the sales manager refused and walked away. Writing one rate and charging another is not negotiation — it's fraud. both worksheets, 17 minutes apart, proving the numbers changed when questioned. More

Paul was great to work with in Sales and I am very happy with that part of the experience purchasing a 2025 EX30. On each visit he greeted me immediately and was always helpful. Other sales floor personnel were also very helpful. However, all of the other employee interactions since agreeing to purchase the car were very disappointing and resulted in very poor customer service. I had a scheduled appointment for service, but when I arrived the responsible person was not there, so I came back in 1/2 hour and the person was still not there. I was told no one else could help me. So I cancelled part of the service as a result. Later when I called multiple times to get any confirmation of the service that was actually provided, no written confirmation could be provided of the service I was told verbally had occurred on the day I pick up my car. Due to the cancelled part of the scheduled service, I was due a significant refund. This process was excruciatingly frustrating. Finance was increasingly unhelpful and never responded to multiple voice messages and emails requesting a simple update on the refund. This was after I cornered Nolan in person to get an update and he requested that I later "call to hold him accountable"! Even his boss, the sales manager Jason, did not respond to voice 2 requests for assistance in simply getting an answer regarding the refund delay. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & LACKING COMMUNICATION!
