Sadly, I cannot recommend Swickard Volvo of Bellevue to anyone. If you want a Volvo, buy and service it elsewhere. The real disaster began after an accident (other driver at fault) in 2024. My car was towed here, and what should have been straightforward repairs turned into a year plus-long nightmare. Communication was almost nonexistent—calls went unanswered, I was left without a car for months, and when I finally picked it up, it was still dirty and unrepaired. I had to bring it back multiple times for the same brake issue, and only after pushing hard did a mechanic finally diagnose the real problem. Even worse, a customer service rep offered to buy our car, only to retract the offer minutes later and bizarrely told us we were no longer welcome in their service department. This happened TWICE!! The whole process was unprofessional, disorganized, and exhausting. In the end, we traded in the car for another brand, losing thousands of dollars but relieved to be done with this dealership. Volvo makes a great car, but Swickard Volvo of Bellevue is absolutely not worthy of the brand. More

I found it ridiculous that a leak in the roof was not covered under warranty. The car was purchased less than a year ago. The car had 35,000 miles on it when it was brought in. Furthermore, the car has o covered under warranty. The car was purchased less than a year ago. The car had 35,000 miles on it when it was brought in. Furthermore, the car has only been used to transport kids and commute. The repair cost 5% of the car’s total value. Finally, I was not informed that the dealership needed to keep the vehicle overnight, so I’m glad my wife could pick up the kids. This experience makes me question my decision to get the Volvo. More
Veronica was an excellent service advisor, she is super friendly and kept me up to date throughout my service. Due to some of the challenges with the service that were outside of her or Volvo of Bellevue’ friendly and kept me up to date throughout my service. Due to some of the challenges with the service that were outside of her or Volvo of Bellevue’s control, she still made it right and offered me a free detailing for the delays.
