DECEPTIVE LEASE PRACTICES. Came in to lease an EX90 loaner. The interest rate written on my worksheet was NOT the rate used to calculate my payments — the real rate was 6x high Came in to lease an EX90 loaner. The interest rate written on my worksheet was NOT the rate used to calculate my payments — the real rate was 6x higher, hiding roughly $9,000 in profit over 36 months. The advertised loaner discount was cut in half on the actual paperwork. When I caught it and asked for a transparent breakdown, the sales manager refused and walked away. Writing one rate and charging another is not negotiation — it's fraud. both worksheets, 17 minutes apart, proving the numbers changed when questioned. More
