I appreciate that when I call someone answers the phone, there’s an appointment available at a relatively close time to meet my needs, and the service I receive is always outstanding from the representatives at the location. Kaden was very helpful and also help me learn a little bit more about how my car works. How it works regarding battery life. Thank you everyone there at the dealership. As much as I would love to buy a car from them, I love my V60 like I’ve never loved a car before. Don’t think I’ll be parting from my current car until I can’t run anymore. More
The backup battery in the front area of my XC60 had to be replaced. The charge for parts was $208.83. I arrived at 7:30 as scheduled and agreed to wait for the car. The car was ready at about 10:30. They charged me $638.60 labor cost for this 3-hour service. This amounts to over $200.00 per hour and is outrageously high and unjustified. When I called to make the appointment for this service I was told that the estimated total cost would be about $440.00 and not $966.00. I think I should be entitled for a refund. More
I still have yet to receive a receipt for the service that was provided despite calling the service department to notify them that I never got it. I did the first regular maintenance service of my XC90 bought from same dealership in 2025. I was an XC90 customer of same dealership back in 2008, and this is our second XC90. The maintenance service was done promptly, taking a little longer than 1hr. When I was back, I was pleasantly surprised that the car was washed and vacuumed. It might be easy thing for them to do, but I certainly appreciated the service. Overall, it's a good dealership. I am of course a good customer. This is what life should be: Everything is smooth. I was very disappointed with my last service. Mechanic left the lug nut key in my cup holder. I didn’t even know what it was and had to go back to ask. One week later as I was driving down the road the screws to my skid plate came off and the skid plate was dragging on the ground. Luckily I was able to have someone to remove it or I would have had to had it towed. I live in eastern Washington so I was not able to return at that time to the dealer. I had a local mechanic look at it and he told me the clip that the screws go into had been stripped More
