On Friday, I picked up my new Volvo from Bridgewater Volvo. Dominick Difalco was my salesperson. I had worked with Dominick on my last purchase and knew I would go to him again. It is always a pleasure seeing and working with Dominick. He answers my emails timely on all questions I had about the car I was looking at. He was able to get me a good rate and deal on the car, even in this financial landscape we are living in today. It is a pleasure to work with Dominick. He always presents me with a bouquet of flowers and bottle of wine to celebrate the purchase. When I bring my car in for service, he always remembers me and says hello and asks about my husband. Steve Dolly was just as friendly, making the experience a personable one. Sharing family stories and making me feel at ease. Going through the paperwork and letting me know what was important to focus on. I remember this from the last time, so this is consistent and not just in the moment. Joshua was great! He was patient walking me through all the features of my new car and said I could call him any time to review. He is well versed in his position and set up my new car with all the features that would work best for me. This truly was appreciated! The dealership overall is the best that I have worked with, warm and inviting. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Service is the best, friendly and always making your service affordable and a positive experience. I believe the fact that I am a repeat customer, speaks volumes. I leased a car in 2012 from this dealership, working with Dominic Difalco and the Sales and Finance group at Volvo Cars of Bridgewater. Dominic is really one of the reasons I decided to get another Volvo, h Dominic Difalco and the Sales and Finance group at Volvo Cars of Bridgewater. Dominic is really one of the reasons I decided to get another Volvo, he exemplifies the highest standard of honesty, courtesy and genuine concern for his customers; you don't find those qualities much these days. At the end of the lease I liked my C70 so much I purchased it. Nine years later I decided I wanted to update to a car with all the new features currently available. Back I go to Volvo and Dominic. The entire process was no pressure, stress free and resulted in the leasing of a beautiful S60. I leased because I'm still hoping Volvo will bring out a new convertible and if they do you can be sure I'll go back to Dominic, Steve and the entire group at Volvo of Bridgewater. A special tip of the hat to Carl and Nuno in the Service Department. I never had any repairs but I always took my C70 to the dealer for the routine maintenance and they're the best! Of course the new car won't need an oil change for 10,000 miles so I won't see the folks in service for a while. As long as I'm in New Jersey, I'll be a loyal customer. More
I purchased an XC90 a few years ago from this dealership and had the pleasure of working with Dominick DiFalco. My interaction with his as a sales professional is what ultimately made me choose to do busi and had the pleasure of working with Dominick DiFalco. I asked Dominick to look our for a specific car for me to downsize to and he found it in a price range that I could handle. I've since moved so I had to drive and hour and a half for this new deal but it was worth it. Dominick handled everything like a pro and I'm once again satisfied. The people in the service department have always been very polite and treated me with respect and gotten my car to me in a timely manner. Overall I'm very happy with this dealership though since I've moved I probably won't be using them in the future (unless I decide to switch to yet another Volvo) :) More

Since relocating I tried to purchase a new vehicle from my local dealership and had a horrible customer service experience from the sales team. After many attempts to work with the current dealership I gave up and went back to my favorite dealership Bridgewater Volvo. I did a quick internet search to see if they had the vehicle I was looking to purchase. I contacted the dealer on a busy Saturday morning and they not only found the car on their reserve lot but they retrieved it, prepped the car and had it ready for me to drive home that day by the time I took the 1 1/2 hour drive to the dealership. Once I arrived at the dealership I received nothing but top notch service from the receptionist that greeted me, the customer relationship specialist Dominick, the sales person John, his assistant Joshua and the finance team lead by Steve. I am extremely happy with the purchase of my XC 90. I also received several follow-up calls and emails to make sure I was able to download the app, received the items that were overnighted to me and my overall satisfaction with my experience. This has been a very difficult 18 months for the entire world and the shortage of chips, available cars and sales representatives has make the car buying experience a challenge to say the least. However, when a dealership truly values its customers they find a way to provide outstanding service even during the most difficult times. More
