I brought my car in to Jud. I have worked with Jud since I bought my 2005 S60. Just recently my car needed a new transmission. I know it wasn't easy for Jud to break the news to me. He is kind and compassionate and I felt completely comfortable with the diagnosis. Jud helped me wight the pros and cons of fixing vs buying. He had then introduced me to Andre, who I had conversed with on a previous visit for service. Andre helped me through the decision of either buying or leasing a new vehicle. My husband mentioned to me that perhaps I would want to consider other car options. I have driven a Volvo for over 15 years and I have been so happy with the service (Jud) that I did not want to bother going anywhere else. it was an easy painless transaction and I hope to have several years with my newly leased S60. Our plan, through Andre's suggestion, is to buy a car when the lease is up and take advantage of going to Sweden to get our car. My husband and I look forward to this goal. Thank you guys!!!
