As much as I would love to give a 5+ rating I can’t. Having an appointment with no loaner available and then having to wait in the waiting room for 4 hours for just a regular interval scheduled mainten Having an appointment with no loaner available and then having to wait in the waiting room for 4 hours for just a regular interval scheduled maintenance is ridiculous. Everyone there is awesome, waiting area is comfortable with plenty of refreshments and it’s very clean but 4 hours when I had planned for maybe 2 is just unacceptable. I understand you are busy but you need to either be honest about the wait based on what you have in there or offer a loaner. Our appointment had been set up at least a week in advance. No point in scheduling service if it doesn’t expedite your visit. More

I had a great purchase experience. I inquired about a car online and Richard Ramey assisted me. Richard was always prompt in answering my emails and texts to make sure I had all of the information I nee car online and Richard Ramey assisted me.
