This is our second Volvo from Jim Ellis, Mall of Georgia. We got the first one when the dealership first opened. Three years later, we have our second one. Zach Miller-Hogg. was great to work with. During COVID, we wanted to keep contact to a minimum. We texted, had phone calls and emails. They were able to get the vehicle we wanted and we came in to sign the paperwork. They offered to bring everything to our house and switch out the cars if we wanted. I really like how they were willing to provide that service. Their service department is fantastic too! More

I saw my future car online and called to set up a time to come see it. Zach immediately messaged me telling me to come down today so we could look at the car. Zach made everything incredibly easy and painless. As a first time car buyer I was nervous they would raise the price with hidden fees but the price listed was the price I paid. The general manager, Tim Dalton went above and beyond for me after the sale. Prior to and during the sale my sales guy Justin was very responsive. He never responded to my calls or emails after the transfer me after the sale. Prior to and during the sale my sales guy Justin was very responsive.
