Zach is very friendly and knowledgable as a Sales Consultant. He helped me with the test drive and walked me patiently through all the technical details of the vehicle and explained me all the functions. He anticipated most of my questions and concerns and also professionally answered all the other questions I had. He then put me in contact and worked with their finance department (btw, Alexis, the Business Manager, is great and kind, too) to get the financing I wanted. Zach went the extra mile in everything he did and he is great at what he does. I highly recommend him. He even drove the car more than half an hour to my address for delivery because I was not able to pick it up when I visited the dealership. Upon his arrival, he also helped me set up the mobile Volvo On Call app and all other systems in the car. Ask for Zach and you will get both a highly professional and a very friendly buying experience. The dealership was clean and well organized. Compared to other premium dealerships I visited that were also looking neat, the staff at Volvo Car Mall of Georgia was so friendly that they made me feel at home and most welcomed.
