We needed a 2nd safe reliable car. I had always read that Volvo’s were one of the safest cars on the road. We have never owned one. We pulled in the lot to look at used certified Volvo’s. There was no pressure, only information and responses to my interest. When we met in person he was the exact individual I have expected and was quick, accommodating, transparent, and professional. We were in and out of the buying experience as fast as anyone could hope, He also went above and beyond to rectify the appearance and presentation of the vehicle before I even saw the vehicle in person. His attention to detail is greatly appreciated as I feel like I now own a vehicle that is as close to new as you can get. The finance manager was also personable, professional, and made the process enjoyable as an addition to the closing of the experience.
