After a 3 hour drive we arrived. We were warmly welcomed. Our salesman, Louis Dymant, was amazingly helpful! He was polite, respectful and saw to all of our creature comfort needs. Great experience buying a new Volvo I had a fantastic experience purchasing a new S60. Louis was very helpful and super easy to work with as a salesperson, as was everyone else I encountered from the front desk to management. The sales and general manager both made it a point to introduce themselves and chat with me and were both very helpful as well. Lance was great too on the financing side, I had a couple concerns about some of the state fees due to buying out of state and he made things very transparent and addressed my concerns. A refreshing change from other dealers I have worked with, I highly recommend these guys! I'd make the trip again, thanks Louis! More

On the way home from the dealership we discovered a problem with the after market radio/speaker and Richard's manager immediately handled the situation. Marcus with the service department contacted me the same day and arranged to have a courtesy vehicle delivered so they could diagnose the problem. They outsourced the repair and drove our new car back to us in Marietta from Buford so I wouldn't miss work. I've never experienced such 5 star treatment. More
