Were not willing to bargain with me on trade in or their car, but think they knew I loved the car and would not have found it without their efforts. the Sales Managers (Denton and Rex?) were helpful and Zach, my salesperson were pleasant to work with. Denton added in an accessory I simply had to have, ordered it and will be sent to me this week. Overall, a pleasant experience , helpful with getting my new car all set up with a vanity plate and tag process was easy. Also did not put undue pressure on me to buy fabric and paint treatments when I stated was not interested in. Thank you for your courtesies and professionalism. More

Once Again The Mall of Georgia Team Exceeded My Expectations The Mall of Georgia team exceeded my expectations again with my second purchase this year. My first purchase was March 2019 with the XC60 R-Design. The Mall of Georgia team exceeded my expectations again with my second purchase this year. My first purchase was March 2019 with the XC60 R-Design. Unfortunately it was totaled in an accident by a drunk driver. Fortunately the XC60 did exactly as it was designed which was to protect the occupants inside. Needless to say I did not hesitate about purchasing another Volvo and coming back to Volvo Mall of Georgia. My experience with everyone there was phenomenal! The process was painless and enjoyable.
