Worth the 4 hour drive! My experience at this dealership was incredible! I am from out of state and drove 4 hours to purchase my 2018 Audi Q5. I found the exact car I was looking for on Autotrader (or similar site) on a Tuesday, clicked the link to the dealership, and Justin Barnes immediately called me and made everything easy from there. He fielded my phone calls and texts, sent me additional pictures of the cars, and sent me all of the information I needed to purchase the car. I was given a price worksheet through email that was so fair, we did not even feel the need to haggle. Once we arrived at the dealership on Saturday, my car was waiting up front for me, sparkling clean! We gave our business information to Ken and took the car for a test drive. Once we returned, we did a little more paperwork with Justin, sat in the car for 20-30 minutes playing with all the new gadgets, and Ken came to get us to finish everything up. Our total time at the dealership was between 1 hour and 1.5 hours. I could not have been more pleased with this experience. We highly recommend Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia, Justin Barnes, and Ken!
