Excellent service I called about a vehicle on the lot on a Saturday afternoon. We knew it would be tight driving to ATL from Birmingham to get there before they closed I called about a vehicle on the lot on a Saturday afternoon. We knew it would be tight driving to ATL from Birmingham to get there before they closed at 7:00, but our sales associate Dilan assured us they would wait for us. We didn't arrive until 7:30, but through the entire process we never felt rushed or that we were putting anyone out. We were treated with the utmost respect and consideration, even though we didn't leave until shortly before 9:00 PM. Financing was quick and painless. We would have loved to have driven home in our new car that night, but they wouldn't let us take it before they had done thorough safety checks and maintenance, which speaks volumes to me. I respect a dealer that would rather do something right instead of doing it quick. Great experience! More
