My wife’s new XC40 came in early and perfect! When my wife needed a new car we shopped around, but our last stop was with Louis Dymant at Volvo Mall of Georgia where we ordered her a new XC40. It was to be made in Belgium and shipped to the U.S. by September. We were delighted to get a call telling us we could pick it up August 8. Louis was great throuout. His advice was invaluable in specking out what my wife wanted and gave us a great orientation when we took delivery. More importantly, since it is impossible to absorb everything on day one, he has made it clear that we can come back as often as necessary until all new owner questions are answered. Both were very courteous and extremely professional and I appreciated direct and to the point answers to my questions, no dog and pony show here!! While certainly not rollover artists, they were very fair and transparent throughout the entire purchase. And then, with the purchase done, Louis took me thru the setup and options of the very extensive and amazing electronic package on the XC90. Not once did I feel rushed or pushed to conclude the process and not only that, I or my wife, was encouraged to call or come by with any questions-- that in itself is appreciated in this "next" world of today. Yes, I am very pleased with the vehicle I chose and extremely pleased with the dealership team I chose to do business with. Anyone can sell a car but it takes a great team to build a relationship! It turns out that Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia was the furthest distance from Austin. In any case, after speaking with my salesman, Louis Dymant, by phone, we realized right away this was the right fit for us and that the distance from our home was a non-factor. Louis was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable on the Volvo and assisted me with everything from the purchasing process, to negotiations to the final delivery. Also, a quick shout out to Tim Dalton, the General Manager at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. Tim was great at overseeing and coordinating the backend for the entire sales and delivery process. My wife loves her new Volvo and could not be happier. Happy wife, happy life! More
