Marissa was very professional and knowledgeable. She was not pushy and listened to my concerns. The dealership didn’t accept USSA financing, I was disappointed ☹️ However Greg, business mgr financed with a not pushy and listened to my concerns. Recently had a most dehumanizing experience from the store manager and service Manager, neither of which have any experience working on cars. After three years of being a customer and having my CPO serv store manager and service Manager, neither of which have any experience working on cars. After three years of being a customer and having my CPO service checks done diligently, went in for an oil change and a fuel induction they recommended. Now at 100k it had never had a fuel induction. My car was in perfect health when I dropped it off and I got it back with it shaking when I turn it off and the engine sounding rough. They not only denied any responsibility but claimed my car had vibration issues in the past. Every service my car has had is documented which shows it never has had vibration issues. The dishonesty and refusal to take responsibility is wrong, callow and unprofessional. More
