The sales manager, Richard, personally responded to our online request on a car in their inventory and made us an offer that was significantly lower than the price offered us on the same model car at a different Volvo dealer. His offer was very fair and he made it very easy. Drove over the next day and the car was prepped and sitting there for us to review. We were met by "Johnny" who was very helpful showing us the car. His friendly, low key, approach was a delight. He was patient and created a low stress way for us to understand everything we needed to know. The visit to the finance office, usually the place where you want to bang your head on the wall, was not what I expected. Again, low stress and handled quickly. Yes, we were offered a some extra services but it was done in a way that was helpful and fair. No high pressure sales tactics at all. We were in and out of the office with the deal concluded in about 20 minutes. More
