Zach first contacted me after I did an internet search for available Volvo XC90s with my specific specs. Zach went above and beyond in taking the time to explain the models and features, and helped me fin for available Volvo XC90s with my specific specs. Zach went above and beyond in taking the time to explain the models and features, and helped me find the EXACT model I was looking for. I was provided with walk around video to fully see the SUV since I was 6+ hours from the dealership. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, Zach picked me up from the airport and drove us the 45 minutes to the dealership. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Though I paid in cash and didn’t have to go through a financing aspect, the experience at the dealership was excellent. The facility was very updated and clean, and all COVID protocols were upheld. I was in and out with my new vehicle in under 2 hours, which included a very thorough walk through with Zach inside the vehicle to explain each and every feature and answer any questions that I had. I left the dealership extremely happy with my experience and would not hesitate to use Volvo at Mall of GA for any future needs! More
