Excellent service! David gave me a ton of information, without being pushy, when I called about the car. This information convinced me to go look at the car. In addition, he was patient with my chaotic sc without being pushy, when I called about the car. This information convinced me to go look at the car. Volvo need to be proactive and ask for ID & Insurance prior to the day of pick up. The car was not vacuumed or cleaned properly. Also, all my setting in the car was changed to default, which was very fru prior to the day of pick up. The car was not vacuumed or cleaned properly.
