Help with a broken tailgate This past weekend, the support struts on the tailgate of my XC60 malfunctioned and the tailgate was stuck open. I was treated like a blessing versus a hinderance. Other car dealerships always treated me poorly when I would buy a car alone. I have had very bad experiences that made me cry.
