Mike kept me informed thru the whole process. I was very pleased with the service and Mike professionalism. He was going to also have it washed for me but since I had a prior appointment right after I told him I didn’t have the needed time to complete the task. It was a great experience with the service department (Kristina is the best! Absolutely love her cheerful personality. It was fun talking with her) and working with Aslan. The service I was having done on my old car was going to take a while, so they let me use one of the unused sales offices to study in, which was awesome! After a bit of studying, Aslan was more than willing to answer my questions about new cars but showed me the used S60 R-Design they just received and how amazing it is! I was originally looking at getting a brand new car; but once he explained the R-Design, I just knew it was the one for me (and a better deal than buying a brand new car). He let me hang out with him all day while we waited for everything to finalize. He was a lot of fun to joke around with, too. He's a great salesman and isn't pushy. Definitely one of the best all around dealerships I've been to. More
