He was with us with our prior Volvo and has again continued to be there for us anytime we need him with this car. I recently moved from Dallas and this was my first t Kristina was beyond helpful, kind, pleasant and all smiles when I walked into the service center. I recently moved from Dallas and this was my first time in the OKC VOLVO! I was treated so sweet, than was an extra added bonus, because who likes to take their care in for service to start with! My car needed new brake pads before the July 4th holiday. My husband called Tuesday morning, Kristina and her team worked me in for an appointment at 2:00. Kristina has a loaner car for me to use and was upfront and honest that the guys in service had a busy day so it would be closer to 5 before my car was ready. At 4:15 Kristina contacted my husband and I and offered to let us keep the loaner over night, to avoid 5 o’clock traffic and ensure it would be ready to go 1st thing in the morning! I live about 30 minutes out from the dealership and by 9, I had my car back and ready to roll!! Great Service Department, Honest! I was worried that my airbag issue was going to cost me dearly but it did not at all. The service department was very honest and simply reset my airb I was worried that my airbag issue was going to cost me dearly but it did not at all.
