I purchased a used car from Plymouth Volvo 2 weeks ago. After completing all the financing paperwork (not before), they told me that they didn’t have the title to the car. They had been advertising the c After completing all the financing paperwork (not before), they told me that they didn’t have the title to the car. They had been advertising the car for sale for over a month. They also told me that because it was to be registered out of state that it would take 7-10 days to deliver the car. It is now two weeks later and they don’t have it registered. They are now telling me that it can take up to 4 weeks for an out of state registration. By the way, I’m in Rhode Island (40 minutes away). I had to buy another car for my new long commute and they will not cancel the agreement. More
