They delivered the car to me in a very reasonable time and accommodated my schedule. 5 stars to this point. The only thing that wasn't top notch was the detailing job. Yes, the car was clean, but I've experienced better. A few small but noticeable details were missed (e.g., polishing the chrome exhaust tips, a couple of minor blemishes that were easily removed with cleaner wax, a few smudges in the interior, less than thorough vacuuming), Obviously very cosmetic, and yes, I am picky; most wouldn't notice these things. But after a great buying experience, I was hoping for better, so 3 stars on the detailing (adequate). In the end this is just a small nit and I took care of everything in less than an hour. More

Friday 03/31, Called ahead to see if the BMW X3 was available, it was confirmed available, same day drove 2 and a half hours round trip to test drive the card, loved the car and since it was towards th available, it was confirmed available, same day drove 2 and a half hours round trip to test drive the card, loved the car and since it was towards the end of the day, I told the sales person Mark that we would let them know of our decision by Monday 04/03. I called Mark today (04/03) to confirm the car is still available and to make an offer on the car, he confirmed it was available, we offered $30,000, $700 less that the advertised price of $30,700. Mark stated he would talk to his manager and call back. I received a call back from Mark stating that the car was actually in the process of being sold and actually it was already in the process of being sold the Friday (3/31) we went to test drive the car. This dealer wasted our time and gas and made us test drive a car that was already being sold!!! I do not recommend this dealer due to this horrible experience. More
