I do not believe he thought I was serious... Overall, I do not believe I will come back. It was not worth the aggravation. But, the car is nice and I like it but wow the buying experience....Also, the financial man, Jose, should have had everything arranged to make it quick and easy, I had to ask for copies of all of the legal documents. Lastly, Randy stressed "You have be there exactly at 11am...We waited 1hr and 15 min and no one was before us due to the 11am appt. There was a small snafu on the spelling on my insurance card but that does not take an 1h and 15 minutes hold-up. It was apparent that there were not alot customers at the time. I've recently found myself going to Princeton Volvo to have my tire repaired. After calling and being told to drop by I did. Once there the service staff helped my take care of the tire.
