When we are there we feel that we are viewed as undeserving of a Volvo. During the last service visit which was to be short, Adam announced the recall parts were there and they would be installed. undeserving of a Volvo. I called at 3pm and was told that car would not be ready till 4pm or 4:30pm. I asked if we could pick it up in the morning and was told that was okay. Just a few minutes later, Adam called and said the car was ready. I told him we were dependent on Public Transit and it would take a long time to get there. We called again at 5pm and said we might be late. During this time we were being texted constantly! We are Not tech savvy and would prefer No Texts! The car was not washed we received a car wash coupon which we thought was inappropriate for this level of car. There were numerous greasy fingerprints on the doors and glass. We do not use car wash.
