From the moment I stepped on the lot I was I had such a great sales experience with this dealership that they have definitely earned a loyal customer. From the moment I stepped on the lot I was greeted by Brian and was allowed to browse with no pressure. During my test drives with Tom, he was incredibly knowledgeable and informative of every feature and benefit of the S60 we were driving. He continued to ask the right questions to help me feel comfortable with my upcoming decision. At no point during either of the test drives did I ever feel pressured into making a decision nor was there a hard sell. Tom is amazing about educating someone about the car and letting all the facts of the car and Volvo do the selling. Completing the paperwork happened in a timely fashion and afterwards Brian was really great about taking the time to walk me through every feature and setting of the vehicle and making sure it was set up to my liking. Can't say enough great things about this dealership and they have definitely removed the dread from the car buying process. More

Upon searching for a new mechanic as I arrived in Seattle, I "struck out" multiple times on garages that were overcharging, didn't know the car, and didn't seem to care. That was until I made it to Ravenna Volvo. Cost was reasonable, the service was super friendly, fast, and respectful of what I wanted done and how much I could afford at a time. They were very timely in getting back with me, and their schedule was accomodating. I will be coming back. More

Building a relationship with a service provider can be difficult. In the 26 years of Volvo ownership I have never felt like "just another customer". I've been able to effortlessly build first-name relationships with your service desk people. This helps a lot when the news is bad, and we celebrate together when the news is good. Even some of the service bay personnel recognize me and my car and are friendly and interested. As far as the work itself, I've never had a service job go bad, never had to complain. Since I am facing another big job next week, this history makes it a bit easier to accept. And may I add my great appreciation for Scott Thompson, who, when I call in, answers the phone with "Hi, Pat..." Service like this is hard to find, and I want to say "Thank You" to Scott, and to all the others whose names I have not learned. Thank you. Of course, I wish the repairs did not cost as much. As a retired teacher on a fixed income, I do appreciate the coupon booklet that came just in time for this pending service. Every little bit helps. Friends tell me about this or that alternate service shop, but I am not inclined to risk the security I feel about Bob Byers' service. More
