Poor customer service and even worse auto service. I purchased a Volvo XC70 with high miles from this dealership. I was given a stack of inspection paperwork showing all systems checked out and a list I purchased a Volvo XC70 with high miles from this dealership. I was given a stack of inspection paperwork showing all systems checked out and a list of repairs they performed on the vehicle. The service included an oil change, new tires and the front end aligned. The tires were the cheapest available for the vehicle, which I don't believe belong on a quality vehicle from a quality dealer. I had the tires replaced after 2000 miles and the tech found the tie rod end lock bolts were backed off by over 1/8th of an inch, and not tightened as required. I had to have the alignment re done costing over $80.00, not to mention the safety issue. 10/17- The dealership did get back to me, they refunded me the cost of the alignment, and the General Manager gave me his contact info if I had any other issues. More
