doesn’t reflect Volvo’s classy reputation I happened to be in the service center for my own XC60 on the morning of the first day the lounge opened or was remodeled years ago, and from that ear I happened to be in the service center for my own XC60 on the morning of the first day the lounge opened or was remodeled years ago, and from that early time through multiple other visits for my car and my husband’s Volvo over the years, the lounge always has an extremely loud tacky talk show on the TV. This most recent time, a fellow Volvo customer saw my dismay at this TV show about multiple hookers and rolled her eyes, saying what I was thinking...why does an upscale brand like Volvo allow the lounge...where I’ve had to spend several hours...to be so low class? When I asked if I could mute the volume, the other customer said thank you, but then one of the Volvo workers came in and said, “what happened to the TV?” making me feel bad for cutting back into their TV watching habits. Also...I signed up to bring my car in at 1 pm, but apparently the person working on my car was taking lunch from 1-2, because my car sat there for an hour. Wish I’d known that to adjust my schedule accordingly. More

When I called to have my car repaired, my regular service advisor was unavailable and so I interacted with someone else who I found to be very rude and unprofessional. It left a very bad taste in my mouth. I almost took my car to a different dealership because of this interaction. Follow-up response: The general manager, Mr. Gerbick, followed up with me and was able to get the situation resolved. I am very satisfied with my interaction with him and will continue to do business with this dealership. More
