I had a check engine light come on but needed to wait two and a half weeks for a service appointment. I left three voicemails for a call-back to understand the problem but none were returned. Service took 5 hours….estimated to be 2 hours. AC not repaired….said couldn’t identify a problem. When scheduling I was disconnected 3 times so gave up a went online….took 3 weeks to get an appointment. repaired….said couldn’t identify a problem.
