Everything was as exactly as presented online. All follow up questions were answered after I first found my SUV online and I felt comfortable enough to train 3 hours and drive 3 hours back to get the follow up questions were answered after I first found my SUV online and I felt comfortable enough to train 3 hours and drive 3 hours back to get the XC90. I was not let down at all. Andres, Branden, and Rob all put the perfect package together including finance and extended warranty; and I have done my research. I NEVER give five stars. It was a nice place and most of the staff was very professional and kind by my "advisor" John was not. He gave me an inaccurate estimate of how long it would take to complete the service, which made m professional and kind by my "advisor" John was not. He gave me an inaccurate estimate of how long it would take to complete the service, which made me late for work. He then got frustrated and snapped at me when I asked him to expedite the process. In addition to the service taking longer than expected, once the service was done, the advisor did not prioritize getting my paperwork done. My car was sitting in the lot for an additional 25 minutes before he got around to it. During this time, he helped many other customers who came after me and who were not in a rush. He also went to a food truck and got coffee and a bagel. It was at this point, that I politely asked if he could process my paperwork. He raised his voice at me very unprofessionally. I'll reiterate that the receptionists, cashier and everyone else was very polite. More
