My apologies for not servicing your Volvo in a timely manner. I'm curious as to why you would have been scheduled an appointment at 7 AM. We have opened for business at 7:30 AM for the past several years. If you were scheduled for an appointment at 7 AM, it was clearly done in error. Regarding the 3.5 hours for the service, I can't comment without knowing what work was performed. However, it is not uncommon for extra work to be added to a service at the request of the manufacturer. These "service bulletins" are preventative in nature and do not involve a safety concern.
