Peter's the best! This was the best car buying experience that either my husband or I have ever had. Peter Fearon was wonderful to work with. Car buying during COVID is even more difficult and Peter was ext that either my husband or I have ever had. Peter Fearon was wonderful to work with. I came back to test drive and asked additional questions and Peter was always very kind and clear. He kept us up to date on offers but was never pushy! Once we finally decided to lease an XC90 Peter moved quickly helping us to do everything from home and pickup the car that night. Both he and the business manager Rob, also wonderful to work with, stayed after hours to accommodate us and our 2 little kids. This was truly a great experience and I highly recommend this dealership and Peter in particular. More

It took some easy steps to book a time on Volvo's website for 10000miles check. They did all the checks (including factory recalls for the model of the car) as well as the inspection at once so it was really for 10000miles check. Worst customer service. Worst experience. My check engine light is still on. They wont check my car wont give me another app a month from now. I took the suv back right away next day, yet they refuse to see it without an appointment when they are at fault. Horrible worst experience for a pregnant woman to experience. Not I cant get an inspection with the check engine sign or get to my prenatal cares until this is fixed. This unprofessional woman expects me to wait a month to make an appointment bc she has nothing else available. When they had my suv last 3 days and should be taking it back right away because they are fault for leaving an issue unresolved. I lay way too much money for this suv to receive such horrible customer service. They need to hire someone more professional and care about customer service. More

I had my car brought there on Friday 8/21. Five days later I called to ask if they could tell me when the car would be looked so I could decide if I needed to rent a car for work the next week. No one answered the phone on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. I left messages all three days for Hema Pooran explaining that I just wanted to know the timeline and I never received a call back/ On Monday 8/31---10 days after leaving my car I came to the shop and had it towed elsewhere. Hema Pooran who had ignored my calls, was unpleasant with me immediately when I showed up. She was not doing anything and when I gestured that I had a question yet she told me to had to go to the information desk. I did and they told me to go right back to her. At that point she only dealt with me because I directly told her that the information desk had sent me back to her. I also left a message for the manager after I realized Henna was not going to call me back. He never returned my calls. I also calls the sales center who said they would send an urgent message to return a call to me. No one ever called back. More
