Sales associate at the dealership was excellent but the advisor at service center was not responsive. The service adviser promised me to order the part that I needed to replace and she said she would call advisor at service center was not responsive. Zach was very attentive and helpful. I'm a bit disappointed that I booked a month in advance and didn't get my car equivalent as a loaner.
