Staff are not friendly. I brought my 2019 XC-90 in for regular maintenance and a State Inspection. The car was not washed and cleaned when I picked it up. She was patient and friendly. I called three times! Confident, I went. When I singed in my car, another rep, Hema eased my concerns. One word to another, Hema had been a student, in the school I retired from, when I taught there. The tire was replaced but really folks, it about the remarkable people at Bayside, Volvo. Oh! Hema is five-months pregnant. My visit was for a tire, but the experience was joy and love. So happy, I ventured out. More
