Good price, terrible service I found a great deal at this dealer so I drove up from VA. People were nice and quick with the process, but that's actually the same in every other I found a great deal at this dealer so I drove up from VA. People were nice and quick with the process, but that's actually the same in every other Volvo dealers. Only problem I had was the CPO vehicle was not detailed at all, I literally found cracker scraps inside the rear AC vent, baseball stickers in between seats, sticky goo inside cup holders. They also didn't update the Volvo on-call account even after a week after purchase. I've never seen a dealership where they sell pre-owned vehicles without detailing and cleaning up the car. Also the day after the purchase, I found some scuffs on the bumper area and asked the dealer about it and the answer I got back was that pre-owned vehicles are not perfect and will have flaws. With my previous experience with Mercedes CPO, they fixed all the things I found even after 2 weeks after purchase. So it's your call, you might find a great deal here, but might have to use an extra $2-300 to clean up the car after purchase. More
