Surprisingly Unresponsive I purchased a certified pre-owned volvo in early May, my first time purchasing a volvo. They assured me that it had received a 100% score on its cert I purchased a certified pre-owned volvo in early May, my first time purchasing a volvo. They assured me that it had received a 100% score on its certified inspection. The day I picked it up, the car chargers did not work and the next day, one of the bumper sensors started going off continuously. I scheduled a service appointment. The location waiting room is nice and they put out breakfast pastries, coffee and water while you wait, which is a nice touch. However, I had asked for the shuttle van to take me to an off-site location. It never came. 4 hours later they told me that they fixed the car charger but could not fix the bumper sensor until they spoke with headquarters in Europe and they had not been able to reach them. I wasted half of my day and left with the problem unresolved. They could not tell me when to expect an answer and I never received a call from them with an update. Over the next 2 weeks, I left three messages asking for an update without getting a call back. I finally only got an answer about the next step after waiting on hold and insisting that I speak to someone. I am now scheduled to drop the car off to leave with them for several days so they can work with headquarters to identify the problem. Really disappointed in my first Volvo experience. More

My new XC60-T6 tire was ruined by a nail and your service dept had one scheduled for delivery on Monday June 18,2018. (I had a family emergency and couldn’t get to Queens Volvo until June 20.) I called the service department and offered to pay for the tire ahead of time. To my surprise, I was informed that the tire would be held for me; no payment was necessary! More

So we decided to get an XC90, staffs at volvo queens were caring and helpful in the whole process. We got a competitive price and a problem-free transaction. Moreover, the sales associate, Mr Qu, also born in China bonded with my family through friendly conversation. It made us feel comfortable and cared. All in all, it was a wonderful experience! More

We enter the showroom with our minds on the fence between the Volvo XC 40 and the BMW x1 and after half an hour with Dan inside the XC 40, it wasn't even close. Beautiful showroom and a great set-up for families with small children. Couldn't recommend more. More
