Dan did a great job showing me the cars and various options. He was very thorough in explaining and guiding me through the paperwork, and then finally taking me through the logistics of my Volvo - the V60 Cross Country. He is professional, knowledgable, polite AND patient. THANK YOU DAN! The entire staff was as best as they could be, from Sally on the phone, Dan Brendler - my sales associate, the finance guy whose name I forgot, and the other staff in the showroom. Unable to change the oil on my car in a timely fashion Brought my xc70 here for an oil change at 9:30 which was the appointment time I was offered. I asked how long it would take to complete the service a Brought my xc70 here for an oil change at 9:30 which was the appointment time I was offered. I asked how long it would take to complete the service and I was told about an hour to an hour in a half. I agreed and went for a walk. Upon my return I saw my car outside and went in to speak with the service person. She told me that my car was done and that all she was waiting for was the paperwork from the technician. I went to sit down in the waiting area when the service person approached me and informed me that my car had not been taken care of yet and they had no time frame for when it would be completed. As i had other errands to complete I asked for my keys. I will not be returning to this dealership for any servicing on my vehicle. The kicker is that it is time for a new car as this one has reached the point of diminishing value and cost of repairs and that my family has only owned Volvos for just about the last 30 years but due to my experience her and at the other dealership in Rockville Centre I will be shopping for a new car from a different manufacturer. More

A stumbled on Great experience that was well worth it Volvo I noticed Volvo of Queens by visiting another dealership across the street ,seeing the XC90 in the window . My reaction was "That's it" I've seen this I noticed Volvo of Queens by visiting another dealership across the street ,seeing the XC90 in the window . My reaction was "That's it" I've seen this vehicle once before from a distance realizing that it was a Volvo which caught my attention. The first two visits were on my own yet the vehicle is for my wife , which didn't matter for the sales person , he made me feel comfortable and gave me a education on how and why Volvo builds there vehicle with people in mind . There was no sales pressure from sales or the manager they take care of the customer. After my vist I received a phone call on my experience and if I had any question and to thank me for coming to this dealership. My wife was pleased with the styling and craftsmanship of the XC90 , so we starting to build our car -finding out that , this vehicle with these options was in Ohio . It arrived in less than a week The vehicle was presented to us in there driveway "Center Stage" Again the dealer and manager took there time to explain EVERYTHING, and they told us to come back with any questions on the vehicle. Two days later I recieved another call on our experience with our XC90 and if we had any questions and again to Thank us . We definitely made a smart choice. Thank You , Danny & David More
