My rating is based on the lack of transparency of the sales person about the physical condition of the car and the financing. After I returned home with the vehicle I notices some imperfections that I wish would have been pointed out to me. There is damage on the rear seat and the area around the taillight. Also, I am not sure if the passenger door was repainted, but from a distance it looks to be a slightly different color than the rest of the car! Up close, I can’t tell the difference. After purchase the vehicle the ABS light and vehicle dynamic control light have been coming on. The front passenger side airbag light (off) occasionally goes out when the seat is not being used. One of the belts occasionally makes a high-pitched noise when I am at a stop and breaking. Finally, as part of the sales agreement, the driver door had some damage and was to be touched-up shortly after purchase and a car alarm was to be installed. I was advised that the car alarm company would call me and install within two weeks. I purchased the car a month ago and this has still not been completed. The financing process was misleading, if not a blatant lie. The day before I purchased the car, my credit union provided me with credit score and offered me the rate of 5.5%. When the car dealership ran my credit score, my score was 23 points higher. The dealership advised that they could offer me 4.5 % APR. I agreed to buy the car with an added a warranty and signed the paperwork. When I returned to pay the down payment, I was advised that no lender would finance the car at the promised rate. I was advised the new rate was 4.7% APR, I was relieved and quickly signed the new paperwork without reviewing it. Upon reviewing the paperwork, I received from the bank, I found out my rate was actually 5.35%APR. I was shocked and feel completely taken advantage off. I am not blameless in this horrible transaction, however, I thought Volvo was a reputable dealer and expected that Volvo didn’t need to swindle people in order to sell cars. There is a three-month warranty where I can take the car in for repairs, but I am waiting to see what else goes wrong with the vehicle, plus I don’t really trust the dealership and not interested in Volvo working on the car. I completely regret buying this car from Volvo. More

While I was test driving he had all the numbers run for my trade in. Dylan made my experience so stress free. He knew I had my two year old grandson with me and he wanted to keep my stress to a minimum. He definitely did that!! We had Mo for financing and he was a godsend we were in and out within a half hour. Both Dylan and Mo were so incredibly helpful and patient with us and our grandson. I will recommend these guys to anyone looking for a car. No pressure, quick, efficient, great people!!!! More

So i seen a 2012 toyota tundra posted on cargurus. The pics and description of vehicle were excellent. I contacted manny to further pursue this truck! Manny was awesome from start to finish! Set up a test drive and the truck was great! I drove it away that day! Just an overall excellent experience! Thank you manny! Then Mo in finance was great! Got me a loan at a great rate! As soon as we walked in we were greeted warmly in a well-laid out showroom. We were introduced to Dylan who is not your typical car salesman. He was very affable, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the cars. He didn't try to upsell or pitch us. He was genuinely interested in what fit us and our lifestyle (spoiler: we have dogs). The best part of the process was feeling like Dylan wasn't trying to sell us a car, he was an advocate for us throughout the process. More

Great experience from start to finish I found the vehicle on Carsdirect.com and submitted a request for info. I had a reply within the hour (I think it was actually more like 10 minutes) stating that the vehicle was available. Since it was in another city it was a bit of a challenge for me to get to the dealership, and I didn't get there the first weekend. Manny Tellez was my rep, and reached out to me the following week stating the vehicle was still available. So the following Friday I requested a "out-the-door" price and received that before noon. The quote included a $500 discount and tax, title, license and doc fee. No other BS add-ons. I gave Manny a CC to hold the vehicle; when I got to the dealership on Saturday the vehicle was prepped with a nearly full tank of gas; Manny took my DL, made a copy, and handed me the keys for a test drive. No pressure at all, just my family and myself. The truck itself was basically immaculate; we did the paperwork and I was on my way about two hours later in my 2012 Titan. Thank you Manny!
