Super easy and friendly car buying experience I was in the market for a used full size truck and was looking all over the Phoenix area to no avail. I expanded my search to the Tucson area and the I was in the market for a used full size truck and was looking all over the Phoenix area to no avail. I expanded my search to the Tucson area and the make, model, and options I wanted happened to be at Volvo of Tucson. I sent them an email via their website indicating that I was interested and Branden Hansen gave me a call to follow up on the inquiry. We talked about my possible trades and what my options were and he also sent me a price sheet with the final out-the-door price with itemized breakdown. I ended up selling my trade to a private party but Branden never once pressured me to trade it for less to him-I really appreciate that. Don't you hate it when a dealer lowballs your trade, then keeps pestering you about coming in to the dealership anyway? So many dealers did this to me while I was shopping this last time. Once I sold my trade, I called Branden to make arrangements for a viewing and test drive but it was his day off. He still texted with me and talked to me on the phone and set up everything with his colleague Don N. After seeing more than a dozen used trucks during the past week, once I saw the truck at Volvo of Tucson, I knew it was the one. Don was super friendly and accommodating and we were able to wrap up a deal in no time at all! The General Manager and Mo were both personable and friendly as well and there was no type of sales pressure anytime during the close. I drove 150 miles to see this truck and the great staff at Volvo of Tucson were able to cement the deal. I had a six and a four year old with me but there is a great play area onsite for them to keep occupied. If I am ever in the market again for a used car or a Volvo, I would keep this dealership at the top of my list-no regrets at all and it was absolutely worth the long drive. More

Branden Hansen is the best auto salesman I have ever worked with while buying a car. He offered me alternatives to cars and the financing available. He even drove the car to my home for delivery, 75 miles away. This experience was a good one, and I now own the car of my dreams, thanks to Branden. I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know is looking for a quality car and a good experience in doing it.
