Now let me tell you why this is important...My wife and I had already spent an entire day shopping for vehicles in Phoenix with no luck and several bad dealership experiences. My wife is also 8 months pregnant and discouraged by the whole car buying experience. Manny brought the vehicle right up to the front and got us on our test drive in minutes. We knew the price we would pay for the vehicle after extensive research and they didn't bother wasting our time with the back and forth and the "Let me see what my manager can do". Manny Tellez treated my family with respect from start to finish and we left with the vehicle much sooner than I ever anticipated. We had a couple requests when it came to financing and Manny just made it work and wrapped the deal up. I would buy from Manny Tellez again. More

We test drove the car we had our eye on - as well as one or two others and were able to make a good deal on the car we wanted. No pressure, no sales pitches. We're very happy with our purchase and experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone who was interested in purchasing a car. More

Volvo snow bird I only come once a year, & always dealt with the same person for years. When I discovered my guy was gone, I felt like I was lost & wasn't hopeful as I only come once a year, & always dealt with the same person for years. When I discovered my guy was gone, I felt like I was lost & wasn't hopeful as I've seen how good places can change for the worst. Well I was wrong! The new Service Manager was very accommodating, helpful, & attentive. I told him of my uncertainties of continuing business with Volvo of Tucson. He understood my concerns, & said that he would be checking on my vehicle personally. Also the technicians working on my vehicles have been with the dealership for a very long time & he puts a high level of trust in all of them. Garret followed through with everything he said & more. He let me know what was a priority on my car & what wasn't, due to the 8 months out of the year my Volvo just sits. This was actually the best experience I've had & I look forward to coming here more than my local Volvo dealer in Wisconsin. To top it off my car was cleaned very well. I will be returning for years to come & hope Garret stays for the long haul. More

Great experience We went in with every intention of just checking out a van we had seen on the internet (craigslist). We were surprised how fair we were treated. My husband and I don't have the greatest credit and usually car dealerships are a nightmare for us (we are usually there ALL DAY LONG) and they won't work with us (try to give us a car we don't want or want to give us insane payments). The best buying experience ever received After getting told NO or that I needed to have money down because my trade was not worth anything by so many other dealers on Friday night. I decided to start looking the Yelp reviews of other dearlships around me that Saturday morning. To my surprise I found that all the dealers I had visted the previous nights were very low scored on Yelp. I looked at Volvo Of Tucson and their Yelp score was 4.5 why not 5 I'll never know. So I go in there and I meet Juan Gonzalez very friendly eager to help salesman he saw that I had a important phone call that I could not get off of it at the time but saw I was interested in working a deal on a car. He never rushed me or pressured me into a car I didn't want and we were able to reach an agreement on a car that was just right for me. I also didn't need to put any money down which was a big help to me because I hadn't had the money at the time to do that. Juan was so professional and courteous that it has been the best car buying experince I have ever had and I have had quite a few cars. My experience with Volvo Of Tucson was so great that right after I pay off this car I'm going to head over to the same dealership hopefully the same salesman and buy another car brand new off the lot. After Juan had finished his sales part he sent me to Scott Pottier for the financing part of the process. Scott was amazing he was able to get me GAP and a 2 year warranty on my new car even though it had 36k miles on it. He was so friendly and willing to go that extra mile to make sure that this was just the right fit for me and my family. Always courteous and polite Scott also put a great level of reassurance and confidence that buying this car from this dealership is the best decision anyone could make. Because of both of these gentleman's out standing customer service skills demonstrated. I have referred numerous people to this dealership I will be looking forward to a NEW Volvo purchase from this dealership in the future. More
