Salesman was not pushy but very respectful. I searched for a Honda Civic on line and found one at the Volvo dealership. Manny answered my email inquiry very quickly. Since the car was not ready I searched for a Honda Civic on line and found one at the Volvo dealership. Manny answered my email inquiry very quickly. Since the car was not ready for a test drive, I looked into other options. I told Manny I was searching elsewhere and was interested in another Civic, at another dealer. He was very respectful and did not pressure me with e-mails or calls to see what I had decided. After a week, I came back and bought the Civic at Volvo of Tucson with no hassles. I got great deal and Manny's customer service was exceptional. More

Great Costumer Service I was in a car wreck, which totalled my car. I found a car I liked on cars.com, and it was located at volvo of Tucson. I emailed the dealership and inquired about the car, and got an early morning email from the Internet salesman, Manny Telez. Manny was wonderful to deal with.
