When I took my car in and told them someone told me the engine was blown they literally laughed and said I should fire the person who told me that. A week later they told me multiple things that needed do engine was blown they literally laughed and said I should fire the person who told me that. A week later they told me multiple things that needed done and I approved the critical one. When I picked up the car it was doing exactly what I took it in for. I turned around and drove right back into the lot. They said oh the part they put on normally adjusts itself but if it does not they have to adjust it so they were pretty sure that was the case so wanted to keep it overnight to adjust. The next day I was told "THE ENGINE IS BLOWN". How do you not know this? How do you fix something that was not the issue? How do you not test drive it before or after and not know??????? Laura and Mark and the other people in service are wonderful and kind and caring but my car has been there almost a month and they still do not have a rental car for me. While I am VERY appreciative that Hyundai has agreed to replace the engine at no charge to me, I am amazed at the poor service and time frame. Again Laura and Mark are wonderful but I am terribly disappointed in the service. More
