I found a great deal with a nearby Hyundai dealer for a slightly less desirable version of the car I wanted. I asked Voss if they could match it and within an hour they had said "Yes. Here is the term shee slightly less desirable version of the car I wanted. I asked Voss if they could match it and within an hour they had said "Yes. Here is the term sheet we will offer." I raised the same question to the other Hyundai dealerships nearby and they all assigned sales people to reply to me. The other dealerships never would communicate clearly or match the price I had in hand. I suspect Voss works to sell cars in volume and doesn't try to maximize profit for themselves. I recommend at very least including them in your search. Finally, I am a private person who rarely reviews products. Voss did well enough to earn this praise from me. More

When I took my car in and told them someone told me the engine was blown they literally laughed and said I should fire the person who told me that. A week later they told me multiple things that needed done and I approved the critical one. When I picked up the car it was doing exactly what I took it in for. I turned around and drove right back into the lot. They said oh the part they put on normally adjusts itself but if it does not they have to adjust it so they were pretty sure that was the case so wanted to keep it overnight to adjust. The next day I was told "THE ENGINE IS BLOWN". How do you not know this? How do you fix something that was not the issue? How do you not test drive it before or after and not know??????? Laura and Mark and the other people in service are wonderful and kind and caring but my car has been there almost a month and they still do not have a rental car for me. While I am VERY appreciative that Hyundai has agreed to replace the engine at no charge to me, I am amazed at the poor service and time frame. Again Laura and Mark are wonderful but I am terribly disappointed in the service. More
