I purchased my Hyundai Genesis there about 8 years ago. I am extremely satisfied with my Service Technician, Mike. He is always very professional and extremely helpful. Whenever I bring my car in for service, he is never bothered by having to explain his service recommendations to me and then possibly having to call my husband to explain those recommendations again. He always makes bringing my car in convenient and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with him. Often times we write in to tell about our negative experiences. But, I wanted to make sure I let you all know that Mike is the reason I bring my car in to the dealership for service.

Brandon was my service advisor . Oil change, rotate tires and inspection checks and upgrade to bluelink system on my 2025 Santa Fe. He did a great job communicating and provided visual inspections to me. Brandon was informative and professional. Very satisfied with today’s service.

We felt so well taken care of here. We had our newborn with us and Mike pulled some cars around to the back so we didn't have to get out in the cold with her. He is kind and detailed. Only focused on what we needed- didn't feel any pressure to upgrade or buy immediately. Very helpful!

I encountered some issues during my visit to the dealership to purchase my Palisade upgrading from a 2022 to 2026. I left the dealership without completing the transaction but received a call the next day from the General Manager Travis who offered a resolution and the transaction was completed over the phone and online. Thanks Travis and JW Hyundai.

Our salesman went above and beyond! Couldn't have gotten a better salesman to work with. Very personable and truly cared about our needs! Even before leaving the dealership he hooked my car seat up in the new vehicle! Had my newborn with me and made sure we were comfortable & accommodated! The most impressive part was that he stayed with us the entire day during signing and getting our car ready to go. I know they work off commission & he pretty much lost a days work. I even told him he didn't have to stay and he said "yes I do"! He made the experience one of the best I've ever had dealing with a dealership and salesman!
